Sensitivity testing uses a sample of your hair to look deeper into what's happening in the body. Everything in the body is connected, and sensitivity testing allows us to see any food sensitivity, food additives, and environmental sensitivities that create more inflammation in the body. Removing these sensitivities will help take the load off the body and support the overall function.

  • Sensitivity Hair Testing

    $150

    I take a sample of your hair and test it against foods groups, food additivies, and environmental factors to see which foods are optimal for you. Once I've done the sensitivity test, I'll write up a report, and work with you in 18 weeks to reintroduce certain foods. 

  • Bio individual meals

    $120

    No two people are the same, and so once the results of your hair test are back, I create five individual breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack options to best suit your body and lifestyle.
