Returns Policy for Vouchers and Chicken Broth

Vouchers:

  1. Validity: Vouchers are valid until the expiration date specified and cannot be renewed.
  2. Non-Refundable: All voucher sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for vouchers once they are purchased.
  3. Transferability: Vouchers are transferable and can be gifted to others, but cannot be exchanged for cash.
  4. Lost or Stolen Vouchers: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of vouchers. Please keep them secure.

Chicken Broth:

  1. Returns for Faulty Products: We take pride in the quality of our chicken broth. However, if you find that the product is faulty (e.g., damaged packaging, spoilage), you may return it for a full refund or exchange.
  2. Proof of Purchase: To process a return, you must present a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Return Window: Faulty products must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  4. Refund Processing: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  5. No Returns for Non-Faulty Products: We do not accept returns if the product is not faulty. Please make your selection carefully.
